La Electronic Entertainment Expo 2011, più comunemente E3 2011, sarà la 17esima edizione di questa magnifica fiera, che svela in anteprima tantissimi tra nuovi giochi e nuovo hardware.
L’evento si terrà dal 7 al 9 giugno 2011, come al solito al Los Angeles Convention Center, ed attirerà da tutto il mondo software house, giornalisti e visitatori.
Possiamo affermare senza dubbio che ad oggi l’attesa più grande per l’E3 2011 è quella legata alla presentazione del nuovo Nintendo Wii 2, la nuova console casalinga della casa giapponese, di cui però non si conosce ancora il nome.
La conferenza di Sony avrà come argomento principale invece la NGP, il nuovo dispositivo portatile, l’erede della classica PSP, ma ovviamente si parlerà ancora anche di PlayStation 3. Sony terrà la sua conferenza il 6 giugno, il giorno prima dell’apertura al pubblico, alle 5pm PST.
La conferenza di Microsoft sarà lo stesso giorno, il 6 giugno, alle 9am PST. L’evento si concentrerà ancora su Xbox 360 non a caso l’evento si chiamerà Xbox 360 E311 Media Briefing. Durante l’evento sarà mostrato Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 e forse anche un altro titolo Call of Duty.
La conferenza Nintendo invece si terrà il 7 giugno alle 9am PST al Nokia Theatre; sarà trasmessa in streaming online.
